As part of its activities, manystudio requests that the Client provide a set of personal data, that is, information provided by the Client that allows manystudio to identify and/or contact them (personal data).

Manystudio is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data provided by its Clients. Therefore, it is assumed that all personal data transmitted has been provided by its rightful owner, who thereby gives their unequivocal consent for manystudio to process and use the data. The data will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided, namely, the purchase of products and services and/or subscription to the newsletter.

The provided data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and the data subject has the right, at any time, to request that the data be corrected and/or deleted.

- You have the right to request the limitation of data processing, in which case we will retain the data solely for the exercise or defense of claims;

- You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller when the processing is based on consent and carried out by automated means;

- You may object to the processing of your personal data based on a public or legitimate interest pursued by manystudio, including profiling. In such cases, manystudio will cease processing the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of potential claims;

- You have the right to file a complaint with the CNPD – Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (National Data Protection Commission).

If you withdraw your consent, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date.
